Football Parade

This is a very colourful day with everyone dressed in the colours of the team they support. The day begins with a parade of teams with their club theme songs playing.Students are then grouped in multi-age, for football activies. Students complete various activies, such as handball competitions, kicking, longest kick.

Last year saw the first annual teachers versus students football match at Overport which saw our Assistant Principal Mrs Madder become an aspiring star on the field and no doubt would have won best on ground. We were luckily to have Spider Everitt from Hawthorn come to our footy parade and put on a clinic for grade 5 and 6's.
