In 2024 STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) has been introduced at Overport PS. Classes cover the interrelationship between these areas, allowing learning to be delivered in an integrated way. This enables students to develop a deeper understanding and engagement in the four disciplines in a fun environment.

As part of our yearly specialist program, we have introduced a STEM Program, where young minds embark on an exciting journey of discovery, innovation, and problem-solving. Our program is designed to ignite curiosity and inspire a passion for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics in our students. Through hands-on experiments, interactive projects, and engaging activities, children explore the wonders of the world around them while developing critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity skills. Additionally, we integrate digital technology skills seamlessly into our curriculum, ensuring our students are equipped for the digital age. We are excited to help prepare our students to become the innovator, engineer, or scientist of tomorrow with our dynamic curriculum.
